We provide owners with home staging, organization, professional photography of the space; we create the listing on the booking sites of your choice (Airbnb most recommended), and perform daily search engine optimization to ensure that your rental is getting seen and booked. We take care of all guest relations, all the way from accepting the inquiry/communication, check in, concierge services, to check out and securing good reviews. We have a quality cleaning staff and all necessary contractors available-maintenance, renovations, fumigation, etc, or the owner can choose to stick with previous contractors for which we offer supervision of at no cost. All of these services are included in our percentage calculated rate; we do not charge any extra fees.
